Can The Jays Win Back To Back Against The Angels?

Good Friday to you all, and I am not going to hold up one bit here. I AM 2-0 IN MY LAST 2 MLB BETS. Okay, now that I got that out of the way and off my chest, let’s move on to today’s slate. We have the Toronto Blue Jays (24-20) taking on the Los Angeles Angels (27-19). The Blue Jays took Game 1 of this series with the two aces from Asia. Hyun Jin Ryu threw five strong innings, giving up only 2 earned runs and getting the win. On the other side, Shohei Ohtani pitched well, having pitched 6 innings with 10 strikeouts but giving up 5 runs but the Jays got to him early, being up 4-0 after the top of the third and never looked back and got the victory 6-3.

Today’s matchup we have Alex Manoah pitching for the Blue Jays. He has been stellar so far this season. 5-1, 1.62 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 43 strikeouts and could be a dark horse AL Cy Young winner. In his last outing on May 21st, he threw 8 innings, with 7 hits and only 1 earned run, but that is against the Reds so while it is impressive, it also isn’t because it is the Reds. On the Angels mound we have Chase Silseth. I am not going to act like I know who he is because I don’t. But he is a decent pitcher looking at the stats, while only pitching 2 games this year, both coming against Oakland he has a 1-1 record with a 2.61 ERA and 1.06 WHIP. He was an 11th round draft pick in the 2021 MLB Draft; which is honestly pretty crazy he is even in the majors, because usually it takes a couple years in the minors to make it, but not for Chase, he only waited less than a year to get the call.

So recently in my betting on baseball, I have been pretty much betting on the opposite of what I think is going to happen, like 2 bets ago I took Orioles/Yankees u7.5 runs, normally I would think that game would easily be a 11-4 game, but I took the under and it hit. Then on

Wednesday, I took the Reds over the Cubs after Chicago smoked them the first two games, and the Reds ended up winning that game and winning me my bet. So why do I bring this up? Because I like the Blue Jays tonight, so that means I will be taking the Los Angeles Angels ML +107 on Sports Interaction.

I must follow my trend of doing what doesn’t make sense, Jays having who I believe is their best pitcher in their rotation against a pitcher I have never heard of, so I would usually always take the Blue Jays seeing that, and that is why I am taking the Angels.

One of betstamp’s largest brand values is transparency. Whether you are looking to tail or fade my picks, or potentially like reading the breakdowns, you can find my full documented betting record here. May the odds forever be in your favour in what you bet on tonight.
